A superb modern Cartier heart pendant, pavé set with brilliant cut diamonds. It's crafted in 18 karat white gold throughout, and offered on a Cartier chain. Incredibly high quality, it totals three quarter of a carat of diamonds (G-VS minimum). Both the pendant and the chain are signed.
